Our proposed concept is based on natural, eco-friendly materials and harmony with the environment. Materials

The architectural concept of the homes is based on a combination of concrete, aluminum, and wood. Every detail contributes to a unified sense of quality in the project’s exterior: window system – aluminum construction, chosen for its durability, facade finish – clinker bricks, proven to withstand nature’s contrasts, outdoor terrace – wood, a material deeply familiar and cherished by locals.
